PRODUCING & PROCESSING TIME
The majority of NeonReady's neon led signs are customized to each customer's unique specifications. Our normal production and processing time for your order is 2-3 business days.
The complexity of your design and the volume of your order will affect the production and order processing times. Complex orders or orders containing many products will require more time to complete because our artisans are constantly striving to provide the best possible work.
During times of high order volume, production and order processing times may change.

The actual shipping time depends on your country’s logistics system. The table below may help you measure the shipping time easier.

- Total delivery time = Production time + Processing time + Shipping time. Shipping time begins after the product is packed and leaves the warehouse.
- Once the item has been shipped, we are NOT responsible for any customs fees. By ordering our product, you consent to the possibility of receiving one or more items, which may be charged customs duties upon arrival in your country. For US shipping, there are no taxes to be paid.
- Transit times may change because of events beyond our control during the busiest season for logistics. We will, nevertheless, make every effort to find the best answer for those circumstances.

The most popular and affordable choice is standard shipping. However, we can only provide a guarantee for a package before it is sent out. We are not liable for lost items or packages that are refused or destroyed by customs once the package has been given to the courier service. In that circumstance, we are unable to refund you.

The recipient may not be accessible at that time (for couriers that demand the client's signature), the address may be incorrect or insufficient, or any number of other factors may prevent the package from being sent and returned to us.
If so, we will notify you through email and request a new mailing address. On the courier company's system, the return process takes a while, and we are unable to influence or halt it. If your order is returned, kindly give us an accurate shipping address so that we can resend your order as soon as we have it.
*Please note that we can only set up shipping for you if you provide us with your address within the window of time we specified in the email. In order to save space and avoid return fees, packages will be canceled outside of the aforementioned window of time.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE TRACKING STATUS SHOWS “DELIVERED” BUT I DO NOT RECEIVE THE ORDER?

The tracking link you receive needs about 2-3 business days to update. If it’s not, please send us an email to email@example.com to resolve the problem.
THE ORDER HAS BEEN DELAYED FOR TOO LONG.
It may be due to some errors in production or the order is waiting for the garment to arrive. Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to check the problem in detail. Don’t forget to attach your order invoice or order invoice.
