WHAT COLOR CAN I CHOOSE?

There are a total of 11 colors available (click the color tab). For some types of signs, we can additionally provide the option of changing the color. Please ask for a precise price on this.

WHAT FONTS DO YOU OFFER?

Almost any typeface, including block, double-lined, and cursive fonts, can be used by our staff. On our custom neon sign creator, you can select from a dozen various typefaces, or you can email us a picture with your desired font attached. To make sure the neon light design fulfills your requirements, one of our designers will make a mock-up for you.

HOW MUCH DOES A CUSTOM SIGN COST?

DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY?

All of our neon signs come with a 12-month warranty on both the materials and the workmanship. This does not apply to any damage that can result from poor installation or physical harm sustained while use, though.

HOW DO YOU POWER THE NEON SIGNS?

All of our signs connect directly into a standard power socket (with plugs for each shipping country) and it comes with a 120V transformer.

DO YOU OFFER OUTDOOR NEON SIGNS?

Yes, we can create weatherproof versions for outdoor installations and events. When submitting your custom order request or selecting it straight from our custom sign product page, please be sure to include your application.

HOW DO I INSTALL IT IN MY ROOM?

Installation of our neon signs couldn't be simpler. Here are some suggestions for installations:
1. Mount to the wall: Each package comes with mounting kit so you can quickly and easily mount it on the wall by yourself.

2. Hanging: You can hang your sign from any location. Just let us know your desire, and we'll pre-drill the support in accordance with it.

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
Yes! We can ship almost all over the world except some countries on this list.
HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPPING TAKE?
Those from the US typically take 7–10 business days, while orders from other countries typically take 10–12 business days. In our production facility, every order is handcrafted with the utmost care and attention to detail. Please be advised that many shipping carriers are now suffering delays as a result of COVID-19, therefore regardless of the shipping provider we choose, there may be some delays that are beyond our control. We'll always try our hardest to produce and fulfill orders as quickly as we can. Shipping times refer to the amount of time an item spends in transit once it leaves our factory and is finished with production. Once your item ships, you will be given a tracking number.
WHY HAS THE TRACKING STATUS NOT BEEN UPDATED? WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Tracking information may not be updated immediately for some reasons, including:
– The tracking number has just been created. Due to delays between the scanning process and website updates, it may take up to 7 business days for your tracking number to be updated after it has been sent out.

– The package may not be scanned until it arrives the regional hub near the destination.

– The package is in transit between the origin and the destination country. Once the package leaves the origin country the tracking information will not be updated until it reaches the destination country.

– The package arrived at the destination country. When shipping internationally, the tracking link will stop updating after the shipment arrives in your country (destination), but it does not affect the delivery process.

However, if your tracking status has not been updated for over 10 business days, please contact us to be supported right away.

WHAT METHOD OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and other widely used online payment options are all accepted by us. Following design approval, you will get an email with an invoice that may be paid with a credit card or PayPal. Your sign will go into production once the payment has been received.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Since the majority of our products are customized and your order will be automatically shipped to our manufacturing partners as soon as you place your order, we apologize that we can only accept cancellations within three hours of your order being placed. This is done to ensure that customers receive the finished product as quickly as possible. So, before making a payment, please double check your order.
CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?
Since each piece is unique and handcrafted specifically for each customer, we only accept returns or exchanges for defective goods. Every purchase is final. check out our Refund and return policy.
HOW LONG DO NEON SIGNS LAST?

A average lifespan for one of our LED neon lights is 50,000 hours of continuous use. We employ the best LEDs available, assuring a longer lifespan than our rivals.
