Refunds and Exchanges

We ONLY accept refunds and exchanges on defective products due to the nature of made-to-order products. NeonReady will make every effort to fix problems with the product and offer a replacement, a full refund, or a partial refund. NeonReady decides the final course of action for defective products on a case-by-case basis.

  • Before being shipped to customers, every custom led neon sign have been finished and have passed the final quality inspection. They are meticulously handcrafted to meet the unique requirements of each customer. This means that your custom led neon lights could not exactly resemble the website's pictures. But we believe that every finished handmade item is special and a work of art that our artists make with all of their hearts.
  • Due to lighting effects, the bespoke LED neon signs on our website may appear slightly different in color.

Please send an email to support@neonready.com with product images and a video attachment if your item is broken or defective within seven days after delivery. Within 24 hours of receiving your email, we will respond and discuss a possible next step (replacement or full refund).

If the replacement is accepted, NeonReady will start manufacturing it and sending it out as soon as is practical. When new order is sent, we will provide you the tracking number.

If the full refund is approved, we will process the refund to your credit card or original payment method within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then get in touch with your credit card provider because it can take some time for the refund to appear on your account.

Contact your bank next. Before a refund is posted, there is frequently some processing time (1–7 business days).
